How to Login at Att.elevate
If you just got your AT&T Mobile Hotspot Elevate 4G, you must configure its settings so you and protect your WiFi network. To log in you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Power on your Mobile Hotspot
The first step is to power on your AT&T Mobile Hotspot Elevate 4G. You can find the switch button on top of the device. Press the button for 1 to 2 seconds until the screen lights up.

Step 2: Open your Web Browser
Now that your WiFi hotspot is switched on, open your web browser on your laptop or PC. Type http://att.elevate in the search bar then hit Enter. When taken to the login page, type your password in the Password field, then click Login.

Thats it! You are now logged in successfully! You can now view the interface of your hotspot and change the settings you want to configure.
How to Change SSID Name and Password
Now, that you are now logged in, you can change the WiFi Password and SSID name of your mobile hotspot. Here are the easy steps you can follow:
- Go to Device Security.
- Click the SSID field and type your desired network name.
- Click the WiFi key field and enter your desired password.
- Click Save.

Now, if you want to make the settings more secure then follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Advanced Settings>WiFi>Security

Step 2: Under the Security tab choose WPA2 Personal AES and the basic Rate is 802.11g only.
Step 3: Click Save.

How to Reset AT&T Mobile Hotspot Elevate 4G
If you face issues with your AT&T Mobile Hotspot Elevate 4G you can reset it to factory settings. Here’s how:
- Remove the back case of the device.
- Locate the reset button on the side.
- Press the reset button with a pin for 5 seconds.
- You will see a confirmation on the LCD screen that your device is being reset.
You can also use the web manager to reset your device. Just follow the steps below:
- On the web interface, click the About Your Mobile Hotspot.
- Click the Reset Device to Factory Defaults and you are done.
