BT Business Hub Login Issues and Troubleshooting
When logging in to your BT Business Hub, you may encounter some issues, but with the right troubleshooting, you’ll fix them in no time. Here are some of the common issues you may encounter:
- Forgotten admin password: You can fix this issue by resetting the router to its factory default settings. Just press and hold the reset button for at least 20 seconds and wait until the router reboots on its own.
- The site cannot be reached: This means that your device is not connected to the router. You can fix this by making sure the Ethernet cable is not loose. Also, check if the WiFi network is broadcasting and your device is connected to it. Also, if you are using a corporate VPN, disconnect it because it will affect access to the Hub Manager page.
- Too many login attempts: This happens when you enter the wrong details multiple times. Make sure to check the back of the router first before logging in. But if you have changed the default login details and forgotten them, you need to reset your router.
- IP address issue: If you cannot access the IP address on your browser, you may be using the wrong IP address. You can check the back of your router or search for the default IP addresses online.
