Step 3: Enter the Login Details
When prompted, enter your username and password. Most Cox routers use admin for username and password for the password. If these don’t work, check your router’s rear panel as the details usually printed on a sticker. You can also check any documentation included in the box. Once you are sure the details are correctly entered in the give fields, click Login.

Step 5: Access Router Settings

How to Change SSID Name and WiFi Password

How to Reset a Cox Router

- Locate the reset typically on the back of the router.
- Use a a pin or a paper clip to press and hold the button for 10 seconds.
- The light indicators will begin flashing indicating the router is resetting.
- Wait for the router’s network return to its stable state and that’s it.

Cox Router Login Issues and Fixes
During the login process you may face some issues. Here are some of the common ones and their respective fixes:
- Incorrect username and password: You’ll experience this issue when you enter the wrong username and password in the fields given on the login page. You may check the back of the router for the correct details and try logging in again.
