Step 3: Enter the Login Details
After entering the IP address, you will be taken to the login page. You will be prompted to enter the login details in the fields provided. The default username and password are usually both admin unless you have changed them already. You may also check the Cricket device for the correct login details. After entering the details clcik Sign In/Login.
Step 4: Access the Cricket Settings
After a successful login in, you will be taken to the web interface. From there, you will see the settings which you can change to suit your needs. It is best to start with the WLAN or WiFi settings to make sure that your network is safe from unauthorized access.
How to Change SSID Name and Password
Once inside the dashboard, you have now the chance to protect your WiFi network by configuring the WLAN settings. You can change your WiFi name into a personalized one which you and your family can easily recognized. - Log in to the router settings.
- From the dashboard select Wireless.
- Choose from 2.4 GHZ and 5GHZ or you can change settinsg for both bands.

How to Reset Your Cricket Mobile Hotspot
Forgotten login details may stop you from logging in but don’t worry as resetting the hotspot device can resolve this issue. Here’s how you can perform the reset:
- Remove the cover of the device and look for the reset button.
- Using a pin, press and hold it for 10 seconds.
- After releasing the button, the device will enter the resetting mode.
- Wait until the device fully reboot and that’s it.
