DrayTek router login allows you to reach your router’s web interface, which is crucial for configuring important settings. When you log in at http://192.168.1.1, you can change the basic and default router settings, including SSID name and WiFi password.
How to Login to DrayTek Router
Any router, including DrayTek, comes with default login details and settings that need to be changed in order to protect the WiFi network. You can configure the settings when you log in to your route’s admin page. If this is your first time doing it, here are the steps you can follow:
Step 1: Connect your Device to the Router
When logging in to your router, it is important to check if the device is connected to the router. You won’t be able to reach the admin page if your device is connected to the wrong network. If you prefer to use an ethernet cable, make sure it is not loosened and linked properly to both device and router LAN ports. For a wireless connection, ensure there is a strong and stable signal.

Step 2: Open a browser
Open a browser on your device and type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. Make sure the IP address is typed correctly, then press the Enter key button on your keyboard.

Step 3: Enter your Login Credentials
Enter your username and password in the fields on the login page. Alternatively, you can use the default login details on the back of the router.

Step 4: You will be Logged in to the Admin Page
You will be redirected to the web interface after you enter the correct login details on the login page. From there, you will find different router settings that you can explore and change to suit your needs and improve your network. I recommend you start with wireless and security so you can have peace of mind that no one can access your network unauthorizedly.

How to Change SSID Name and WiFi Password
If changing your WiFi password and SSID name is new to you, then you can get started by following the steps below:
- Log in to the router’s settings by following the steps above.
- On the admin panel, select Wireless LAN > General Setup.
- Enter your new network name in the SSID field and click OK.
- Select Wireless LAN > Security.
- Enter your new WiFi Password in the Pre-Shared Key (PSK) field.
- Click OK to save changes.
