Troubleshooting Common Belkin Login Issues

If there are issues pop up during the log in process, you can try the troubleshooting tips below:

  • If you can’t connect to the network make sure your device is connected to the router either through WiFi or, if possible, with an Ethernet cable.
  • If you can’t reach the login page, double-check the IP address you entered. Check if there are typos like extra dots, wrong numbers, or mixing up digits should be checked.
  • Sometimes, the browser won’t work for some reasons. Try switching to a different browser like Chrome or Edge. You may also clear the cache and cookies, then refresh the page.
  • If you aren’t sure about the default password you may check the sticker on the back of your router. If you’ve changed it in the past and cannot remember anymore a reset can help.
