Step 1: Connect your Device to the Inseego WiFi Network
To continue logging in, you need to access the WiFi settings on the logged-in device. Select the Inseego MiFi network and enter the provided password from the MiFi packaging or in the unit itself. Once connected, you can now proceed to login your Inseego MiFi in the chosen web browser.

Step 2: Open a Web Browser
Once connected, you can now proceed to open a web browser to log in to your Inseego MiFi. Locate first the provided SSID and password details of the Inseego MiFi on the device or in the packaging. Enter the MiFi default IP address in the web browser, whether Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari. Enter the Inseego MiFi IP address “192.168.1.1” in the address bar and press Enter to continue.

Step 3: Enter the Login Information
Once the Inseego login page appears, click the Sign In menu on the right side of the screen. In the Admin Password field, enter the default admin password, then click Sign In.

If this is your first time logging in, you will be asked to change the default password. Just click Continue. In the New Admin password field, enter your new admin password. Confirm by re-entering it in the Confirm New Admin password field. After that, click Save Changes.

Step 4: Access the Admin Web UI Settings
After a successful entry of your login information, click the login button to access the Inseego Admin Web UI. On the Admin web UI panel, you can manage and configure the basic and advanced settings. - On the Web UI page, select WiFi > Primary Network.

How to Reset an Inseego MiFi Device
Resetting your Inseego MiFi device can be done via a reset button, on the menu, or via the Admin Web UI. Take note that before resetting your MiFi device, it will reset your WiFi name and password and disconnect all connected devices. If you wish to continue, you may now proceed with these guides per the MiFi reset options.
Resetting using the Reset button:

- Prepare an unfolded paper clip before pressing the reset hole.
- Press the reset hole located beside the battery cover using an unfolded paper clip.
- When the screen displays the MiFi resetting, the MiFi device starts to reset.
- Wait for about 5 to 6 seconds until the touch screen lights up.
- When the screen lights up, you can now use your MiFi in its factory settings.
Resetting the MiFi via the menu:

- On the MiFi touchscreen, tap Menu > Settings.

- Wait for about 5 to 6 seconds when the MiFi restarts.
- After a restart, your MiFi is now factory default.
