Some issues may pop up during login but you can resolve them with the right solutions. To help you, here are the login issues and their solutions:
- Wrong admin password: You can find the admin password on the device itself printed on a sticker. Just remove the back cover of the device and you will see it.
- Weak to no connection: You cannot reach the web interface of the MiFi if your device is not connected to its network. Typically, the SSID name includes its brand name which is Verizon, so don’t be confused.

- Forgotten password: If there is no way for you to recall your password, you can reset the device to factory default settings.
