Login Issues and Solutions with PLDT Router
When you log in to your router, you may sometimes experience issues. But do not worry, as you can resolve them in no time with the right solutions.
- Wrong username and password: You will face this issue if you enter the wrong login details. You can refer to the back of your router for the default username and password. Just in case you have forgotten them, you need to reset your router to its factory settings.
- Too many login attempts: This issue happens when you enter the wrong login details multiple times, which could block your ability to log in. Do not worry, as you only need to wait for 60 seconds, then after that, you can try logging in again. But if you have forgotten your password, resetting your router is the best you can do.
- The site cannot be reached: You will not be able to reach the site if your device is not connected to the router, either wired or wireless. If you encounter this issue, just make sure the ethernet cable is linked correctly and you are connected to the WiFi.
- Problem loading the page: This issue occurs when you are accessing the wrong IP address. Check the back of your router for the default IP address or search online.
