Step 3: Enter Your Login Details

On the login page, you will be asked to provide your login details. Typically, the default username is “admin” and password is also “admin”. After entering the details click OK.

After you successfully entered your login details, you will gain access to the web user interface. If this is your first time settings up the extender, select Wizard from the Menu.

Select the network you want to extend, then enter the WiFi password and click Next. You will see the details of your extended network and password once again, then click Apply. Your extended network will be like this for example “WiFi_EXT”.

How to Change WiFi Name and Password

Once your sitecom extender is set up you can always log in back to change your WiFi password and SSID. To do this:

  1. Log in to the web user interface.
  2. From the menu, select Basic Settings.
  3. Enter your new WiFi Name in the Root AP SSID field
  4. Click Apply.

  2. Enter your new Wi-Fi Password in the Pre-Shared Key field.
