- Login to the router settings.
- On the admin panel, select Settings>Wi-Fi.
- In the Wi-Fi Name field, enter your new SSID name.
- In the Wi-Fi Password field, enter your new password.
- Click Save Changes.

When you factory reset your device, be ready to lose all settings since it will go back to its original mode of functioning. This is helpful if you’ve been locked out of your account or when the device has a fault. If you forgot your password, here are the steps to reset your mobile hotspot.
- Find and press the little Reset button on your hotspot (normally located on the base of the device or the back).
- Take a small pin or a paper clip, and press and hold the Reset button for 10-15 seconds.
- The hotspot will self reboot and all the settings will be back to defaults.
