Troubleshooting Common Setup Issues
Encountering issues during setup is not uncommon, but here are some common problems and solutions just in case you encounter one.
- No Connection: If you can’t connect to the extender, move it near the device you use to open the settings. Also, try relocating the extender closer to the main router for better coverage.
- Wrong password: If you can’t reach the log in page, probably the password you use is wrong. Check the device to see the default login password and try logging in again. Also, resetting the extender will solve your problem.
- Interference: Keep the extender away from other electronic devices that may cause interference with the WiFi signal.
- Browser issues: There are times when the browser is not compatible with the URL. If you face this issue, try switching to another browser. Yo can try Chrome, Edge and Safari.
