- Locate the reset button typically on the back of the router.
- Press and hold it for 10 seconds using a pin.
- When the front light blinks, release the reset button.
- Wait for the router to reboot completely, and that’s it!

- Too many login attempts: If you enter the wrong details multiple times you will be locked from entering the username and password for 60 seconds. Waut for the time to pass and try login in again with the correct password.
- The page does not load: This occurs when the IP address you use is wrong. Check the back of your router for the default IP address. You can also search for the default router IP addresses online.
