Three Router Login gives you access to your Three router’s admin panel. When you log in at http//192.168.1.1 you can change your WiFi name, update the password, check connected devices and tweak your internet settings.
How to Log in to Your Three Router
If you want to set up your wireless router, the first thing to you need to is to log in to the web interface. If you are unsure where to begin, just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Connect to the Router’s Network
First thing you need to do is make sure your phone or computer is connected to your Three WiFi network. You can either use WiFi or plug in an Ethernet cable if you want a more reliable and stable connection.
Step 2: Open Your Browser
Once you’re connected, to the router’s network you can open your browser. It could be Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Opera, its up to you! In the address bar at the top, type 192.168.1.1 then hit Enter. You should see the login page right after. If not then there maybe something wrong with the IP address so double-check and make sure there are no typos or extra characters.

Step 3: Enter Your Username and Password
On the login screen, you will see fields for username and password. Fill them out accordingly, then click Login. For most Three routers, the default username is admin and password is password. You may check the back of the router if those details doesn’t work. If you have changed them in the past, then use your updated information.
Step 4: Access the Router Settings
Once you’re inside the router settings, you can do all sorts of things like change your WiFi name, create a strong password, set up a guest network and even manage parental controls and WiFi channels. Its all up to you! Take a quick look around and make the changes you need.

How to Change WiFi Name and Password
Changing your WiFi name and password is one of the easiest ways to protect your WiFi network. Here’s how:
- Log in to the router’s web interface by using 192.168.1.1.
- On the dashboard, Go to WiFi Settings and click the arrow pointing to the right. (see the part that is encircled on the image above for reference)
- Toggle On both 2.4 GHz and 5GHz to apply any changes to both bands.
- Enter your new SSID name in the WiFi Name field.
- Enter your new password in the WiFi Password field.
- Click Save
After you make changes, your devices will disconnect. Just reconnect them using the new password.
How to Reset Your Three Router
If you’re locked out or something isn’t working right, during the login process a factory reset can help. But just a heads-up, it will erase all your custom settings.
Here’s how to do it:
- Look for the reset button at the back of the router
- Use a paperclip to press and hold it for about 10 seconds
- Let go when you see the lights blink
- Wait for the router to restart
- Once it’s back on, log in using the default info again.
Common Login Problems and Fixes
During the login process, you may sometimes encounter some issues that may want you to stop from logging in. Don’t worry as these issue can be fixed with the right solution.
- Wrong IP address: If the IP address is entered incorrectly you cannot reach the login page. Make sure that there are no extra zeros or unwanted commas.
- Forgotten password: If you haven’t changed the default login details before, you can look at the sticker under the router; otherwise reset it.
- Login page not showing: This happens when the IP address is wrong. As I have said, make sure that the IP address is correct and no extra numbers or characters. You may also try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.
- Can’t connect to the network: This probably because your WiFi network is congested because of multiple devices connected to the router. You may restart the router or switch to a wired connection.
- Too many login attempts: Wait a few minutes before trying again or reset the router if you’re stuck.
