Login Issues and Troubleshooting with Turknet Router
When you log in to your Turknet router, you may sometimes face issues that you can fix immediately with the right solutions. Here are the common ones and how you can fix them:
- Incorrect username and password: If you enter the wrong login details, you won’t be able to log in. Check the router’s nack for default details. But if you have changed them and have forgotten, reset your router to its factory settings.
- Too many login attempts: Multiple entering of wrong login details will block you from entering your details for 60 seconds. Wait for the time to pass and try logging in again with the correct username and password that can be found on the backs of the router.
- The page cannot be reached: You cannot reach the page if your PC or laptop is disconnected from the router. So whether you use an ethernet cable or WiFi, make sure there is a proper and strong connection.
- The page does not load: Problem loading the page? Check to see if the IP address is correctly typed and entered in the address bar. You can see the IP address on the back of the router or on the internet.
- IP Conflicts: This issue does not happen often, but just in case you face it, restart all the devices you own so they can acquire new IP addresses automatically.
