Step 3: Enter Login Details
On the login page, you will find a field that you must fill out with your password. Type your password in it then click Enter. You can see the default password on the bottom of the device just in case you don’t know.

- Enter your new SSID name in the Nazwa sied WiFi (SSID) field.
- Enter your new WiFi password in the Hasto sied WiFi (klucz zabezpieczen).
- Click Zapisz Zmiany.
Note: Do the same steps for 5GHz band.
How to Reset Your UPC Connect Box
If you encounter connection or bug issues or forgot your password, you may reset it to factory default settings. Here’s how to perform the reset:
- Locate the reset button on the back of the modem.
- Using a pin or any pointed object press and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds.
