Step 3: Enter Your Login Credentials
On the login page, you’ll now see fields that you need to fill out with your username and password. If you haven’t changed them before, the default credentials are usually admin for both username and password. You can also double-check them on the back of the router.

Step 4: Access the Admin Panel
After logging in successfully, you’ll be inside the admin dashboard. Here, you can change the WiFi name (SSID) to something your family can find and easily recognize. How to Change WiFi Name (SSID) and Password

- From the dashboard, go to Internet > WLAN> WLAN Basic Settings
- Enter your new SSID in the SSID field.
- Hit Apply/Save.
- Select Security under Wlan Config.
- Enter your new password in the Key field.
- Click Apply/Save.

Note: After changing the WiFi password and SSID name, all your devices will be disconnected automatically. Reconnect by using the updated details.
How to Reset Your Vianet Router
If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in to the router’s admin panel, then resetting it will be your best bet. To do this:
- Locate the reset button on the side of the router.
- Using a pin press and hold for 10 seconds then release it.
- Wait for the router to reboot completely and that’s it.
- Reconfigure the settings to keep your netwok safe from hackers.

Common Vianet Login Issues and Fixes
