Wifi.wavlink.com is the gateway to reach the web interface of the Wavlink router. When you log in to http://wifi.wavlink.com, you can change the Wi-Fi password, Network Name (SSID), and default router settings of your router.
How to Log in to Wavlink Router
If you suspect your WiFi network is being hacked or used by unauthorized persons, then you must configure your router settings. You can do this by logging in to the router’s admin panel. The process only includes a few steps, so you can perform it without any deep technical experience. To help you get started, here are the steps you can follow:
Step 1: Connect Your Device to the Router
Before logging in, make sure that your device is connected to the router properly, as you won’t be able to open the admin settings if your device is connected to a different router’s network. You can use either a wired or wireless network, but we recommend you use a wired one as it can provide a more reliable network signal.

Step 2: Open a Browser and Enter the IP Address
When all is set up, open the browser of your choice and type http://wifi.wavlink.com in the address bar. Check if the URL is correctly typed, then press Enter.

Step 3: Enter Your Login Credentials
Once taken to the login page, you will be required to enter your login credentials in the fields given. You can find the default username and password on the back of the router. Some routers do not require a username, like Wavlink N300 Wireless Smart Router WN529R2P and Quantum DAX.

Step 4: Access the Router’s Admin Panel
After you enter the correct login details in the fields given on the login page, you will be redirected to the web user interface of the router. From here, you can configure the basic and advanced router settings, which can help enhance and protect your WiFi network.

How to Change Wavlink’s SSID and WiFi Password
Changing the WiFi password and SSID name of your Wavlink router can eliminate the risk of your network being hacked. You can modify your password into a more personalized combination that no one can guess. If you haven’t done it before and are unsure how to do it, here are the steps you can follow:
- Log in to the router settings by entering http://wifi.wavlink.com on your web browser.
- On the login page, enter your password. Depending on your Wavlink router, you will be asked to enter your username, too.
- On the web user interface, go to Wireless.
- For both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, enter your new network name in the SSID field.
- In the Password field, enter your new password.
- Click Apply to save changes.

How to Reset Your Wavlink Router
Resetting your router to factory default settings can resolve network issues, forgotten passwords, and system errors. To do it, here are the steps to follow:
- Locate the reset button at the back of your router.
- Using a pin or any pointed object, press and hold it for 6 seconds, then let go.
- You will notice the lights flash on and off; do nothing.
- When the lights are solid, this means the reset is complete.
Note: A factory reset removes all the configuration you have made on your router, so make sure to note any important things before resetting.
Troubleshooting Wavlink Router Login Issues
Sometimes, you may fail to log in to the admin panel of your router. Fortunately, you can resolve them if you are familiar with these issues and the right solutions. Some common login problems and their solution include:
- Wrong Username and Password: This issue may happen due to using an incorrect username or password. If you have forgotten the default credentials, check the back of the router and locate the label for the default login details. If you have changed them in the past, you can also perform a factory reset.
- Browser issues: An Incompatible web browser is another reason why the router’s login page might not open correctly. You can resolve this issue by switching to popular ones like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. You can also clear the cache and cookies from the browser options.
- Wrong IP Address: Wavlink default IP addresses are 192.168.10.1 or 192.168.0.1. Confirm whether what you typed into your browser’s address bar is correct.
- Issues with Network Connection: Check if the Ethernet cable is properly connected between your device and the router. If you are using Wi-Fi, make sure that you are on the correct network and that it is very strong.
- Firmware Update: Login issues usually arise as a result of outdated firmware. To fix this problem, ensure to update your router firmware properly. Then, look for manual update instructions from the manufacturer’s website if you cannot access this screen during login.
- IP Address Conflict: IP conflicts within your network are another issue to expect. It is often resolved by restarting both devices simultaneously (router & user device).
