- Incorrect username or password: You will face this issue when you enter the wrong login details in the fields on the login page. Check for the default username and password located at the back of the router. If a forgotten password is the culprit, then reset your router to factory settings so you can log in again.
- Too many login attempts: if you enter the wrong login details too many times, you will be blocked from entering your login details. However, it only lasts for 60 seconds, depending on your router model. To enter your login details again, just wait for the time to pass.
- The page cannot be reached: If this happens to you, it means that your device is disconnected from the router. Make sure the ethernet is not loose or that your device is connected to the WiFi network.
- The page does not load: This occurs when you mistype the IP address. Make sure to check the back of your router for the correct IP address. You can also search for the default router IP addresses online.
